IT Cloud Security Manager - Banking
Our client is looking for a high calibre as a IT Cloud Security Manager to join their IT security department to manage secure multi€‘cloud engineering and operations, delivering scalable, well€‘governed cloud platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams
- Assess and support new cloud development initiatives
- Review and manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, WAF, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail
- Review Azure networking, landing zones, and Microsoft Entra ID configurations
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure with security€‘by€‘design principles
- Support Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and platform components
- Track and manage cloud project delivery to meet timelines and standards
- Work with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) on service adoption and issue resolution
- Prepare cloud governance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Facilitate security assessments for new and existing cloud applications
- Drive and maintain a multi€‘cloud management and operating model
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5-8 years of hands€‘on experience in cloud engineering or cloud security
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Alibaba Cloud
- Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, APIs, and security best practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Alibaba Cloud ACP / ACE) are an advantage
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem€‘solving skills
- Self€‘driven, detail€‘oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in English; Chinese (Putonghua) is an advantage
