Head of Finance IT (Banking)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the Banks goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business performance
- Lead and motivate a geographically dispersed team
- Define, own and manage project plan and project planning change controls
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and vendor project teams
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and communications to report on milestones, budget, risks, and issues
Skills Required:
- Strong delivery manager with experience gained in an investment banking Finance / Finance IT department
- Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written skills (in English and Mandarin) with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
