Project Manager / Business Analyst - GenAI (Banking Innovation)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver generative AI projects on time
- Lead design thinking workshops to brainstorm, refine and prioritise ideas for change
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, growth best practices, and regulatory developments
- Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
Required skills:
- GenAI: In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering techniques to shape and control model outputs. Knowledge of model deployment and efficiency optimization.
- Banking experience: investment, private, commercial or retail banking work experience
- Great interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders.
- Proven end to end business analysis and project management capabilities
