Business Analyst (Investment Bank - Client Services)
Responsibilities:
- Bridge between IT and the business to design, build and deliver solutions
- Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
- Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades
Requirements:
- Working experience in Business Analysis and/or Project/Product Management
- Background within client servicing
- Excellent writing skills to produce documentation e.g. requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications etc.
- Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with changing requirements
